At Stündenglass, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal request and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
